We recently experienced a rogue tripping of a breaker leaving us with no power sockets. Mark from Britannic was with us that same morning, tested our installation and gave us expert advice as to how we pin down where the fault might lie. Following that advice the problem has been traced and resolved. As a retired couple we have experienced first class service and expert assistance from Britannic, where Mark and Russ are both expert and sympathetic to their customers’ needs. Britannic (led by Russell) has just finished a renovation project in my house. I have dealt with Russell directly throughout.
